Based on the consultation, Jessica develops a design direction for your approval, covering layout, materials, colour palette, and furnishings. You’ll see how the space is intended to look and function before any purchasing decisions are made.

Selections & Procurement
Once the direction is confirmed, Jessica handles all material selections, sourcing, and procurement, drawing on trade relationships that give clients access to products and pricing not available through retail. Nothing is ordered without client approval.

Trades & Installation
For full-service projects, Jessica coordinates all trades, manages timelines, and oversees installation. You don’t need to manage competing contractors or troubleshoot delivery logistics (that’s part of the service).

Final Reveal
